NICOLE L. MOORE

Nicole was born and raised in Australia, but is now proud to call Canada her home. Following a 2 year working holiday “gap year” in Canada after completing her Law Degree at the University of Newcastle, Australia; Nicole decided to settle in Ontario permanently in 2018. She then undertook the NCA equivalency exams to convert her degree to a Canadian equivalent. Nicole then decided to enroll in the Law Practice Program for the extensive practical experience it offered and finished her training at a small firm in Thornhill. Following her call to the bar in June 2022, Nicole was delighted to join Staples & Swain as an associate lawyer.
The goal when attending law school for Nicole was to eventually be able to help people. Nicole applies that intention to her practice of law. Whether it is helping clients plan for their estate through a well-crafted Will and Powers of Attorney, to navigating the corporate world through incorporations, shareholder agreements, commercial lease agreements and partnerships; or to assisting in the purchase or sale of residential or commercial real estate, Nicole enjoys meeting with her clients and walking them through the legal process to a successful resolution of their issues.
